The Opportunity
  • Collaborates with the LMS Administrator of Learning Management System (LMS) on a variety of projects along with support, design, development, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of content, assets, and other resources for Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Supports the LMS Administrator of Learning Management System (LMS) in day-to-day content coordination and front-end LMS user support activities.
  • Maintains SOPs and end-user documentation in alignment with approved guidelines.
  • Assists in LMS-related projects focused on content support, learner-facing workflows, and manual user processing.
  • Participates as a supporting member in the LMS training administrator working group. Helps facilitate logistics, communication, and follow-up items; co-presents with Manager/LMS Admin when appropriate.
  • Monitors industry trends and vendor updates; shares relevant observations with LMS Admin team for further evaluation.
  • Assists in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by executing test cases and logging issues under direction of LMS Administrator or Manager.
  • Coordinates logistics for LMS-related learning events, such as Symposia, Partnership CME credit entry, and super user trainings.
  • Helps create and maintain end-user support guides for roles such as learner, manager, and roster manager — under Admin review.
  • Collaborates with LMS Admin to ensure external user uploads, course completions, and reporting tasks are executed as assigned.
  • Supports third-party integrations (e.g., Cvent, Linked In Learning) by ensuring correct usage and flagging issues; does not configure integrations.
  • Consults with content developers and instructional designers for online content and support instructor-led delivery and logistics.
  • Develops and supports user training for LMS super users/training administers; identify and provide other education, tools, and tips for all end users.
  • Troubleshoot and educate all end users with Learning Management System and content authoring tool questions, concerns, and issues.
  • Supports issue triage and helps monitor the ticketing system for LMS Level 1–2 tickets; escalates to LMS Admin or Manager as needed.
  • Consults with content developers and instructional designers for online content and support instructor-led delivery and logistics.
  • Develops and supports user training for LMS super users/training administers; identify and provide other education, tools, and tips for all end users.

Required Experience and Competencies
  • Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or related field required.
  • Minimum one year in Learning Management System (LMS) administration and/or computer support in e-learning required.
  • Experience with Sum Total Learning Management System (LMS) preferred.
  • Experience with the healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
