Our client, a leading organization in digital transformation, is seeking a Service Now Engineer to join their team. As a Service Now Engineer, you will be part of the Platform Operations team supporting enterprise-wide IT service management and process improvements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range What's the Job?- Lead and execute support and enhancement requests across all Service Now products/modules, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve platform issues, providing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
- Design, configure, and develop solutions leveraging Service Now best practices to meet business needs and drive process improvements
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and configurations, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and security policies
- Manage platform health, monitor performance, and maintain integration points, contributing to all aspects of platform upgrades and sharing expertise with team members
- Minimum three years of recent practical experience developing, and supporting Service Now in an enterprise environment
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information technology, or related field is preferred
- Certifications in Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) are preferred
- Demonstrated experience supporting and enhancing Service Now modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Sec Ops, IRM, with strong understanding of architecture, data models, integrations, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
