plus más media is an award-winning nonprofit digital media venture and one of the fastest-growing in the country, reaching over 6 million Latinos across the U.S. on platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook Messenger, and You Tube. It delivers trusted news about policies and resources for immigrants, tools for learning English, and culturally relevant content across a portfolio of brands and series.

plus más media is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Project Manager to support our fast-growing portfolio of media, civic engagement, and impact-driven initiatives. The role requires managing multiple projects across creative and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced digital media landscape. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, strategic, hands-on, and committed to serving Latino communities through media and storytelling.

The Project Manager will ensure timelines stay on track, deliverables are met, internal teams stay aligned, and partners feel supported. We are looking for someone with strong project management experience who is excited to grow with a rapidly scaling organization and deepen expertise in impact media and brand partnerships.

Responsibilities include working in a collaborative, behind-the-scenes capacity to drive organizational impact.

• Project Management:
  Develop and maintain documentation, including briefs, agendas, and status updates; collaborate cross-functionally with creative, editorial, social media, partnerships, and leadership teams; manage projects in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

• Client and Stakeholder Management:
  Deliver clear communication through meetings and written updates; translate client needs into actionable tasks for internal teams; lead project check-ins and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

• Business Development Support:
  Support the development of proposals including scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverable plans; prepare polished decks and materials for partnership conversations; participate in introductory calls and capture next steps; apply knowledge of digital media, brand partnerships, nonprofit advocacy marketing, or social impact spaces.

• Lead Generation and Nurturing:
  Manage CRM updates and maintain a structured outreach system; identify opportunities and surface them for leadership review; support outreach for digital media brand partnerships.

• Communication and Language:
  Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual Spanish and English with Latine cultural fluency is required.

• 3+ years of experience managing multiple projects with clear timelines and budgets; proven track record of delivering projects of varying scales.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with native-level Spanish speaking and writing skills required.

• Salary range: $70,000-$80,000, with exact salary depending on experience; new staff rarely start at the top of the range.
