Principal AI Software & Data Engineer, AI-Enabled Data Engineering Pipeline

This role can have a Hybrid or Remote work schedule. Candidates who live near one of our office locations will have the expectation of working in an office 3 days a week. Candidates who do not live near an office will have a remote work arrangement, with the expectation of coming into an office as business needs arise.

* Experience:

** 10+  years as a Senior Software/Data Engineer or Software/Data Architect in large-scale, enterprise transformation programs.  Proven track record architecting and building scalable, cloud-native solutions using GenAI, machine learning, and advanced analytics along with Agentic

AI experience. Deep knowledge of GCP, AWS, and multi-cloud ecosystems. Vertex

AI, Snowflake Cortex AI, Python, Streamlit, React experience

Experience with Agentic

AI frameworks

Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Cloud Formation), microservices, API management, and event-driven architectures.

Familiarity with observability tools (Splunk, Dynatrace) and secure deployment practices.  Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire technical teams.

** Strategic thinker, excellent communicator, and advocate for ethical AI governance.
** Preferred:
** Knowledge of the insurance industry and experience with data integration tools (Informatica, Talend), data platforms (Oracle, Snowflake, S3, RDS), and data management (cataloging, lineage, quality, MDM).
