Sr Infrastructure Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS

Develop, implement and administer enterprise-level system solutions and provide support services for H&R Block's IT infrastructure. Collaborate on Workday Financial/HR modules. Define and maintain data mapping between Workday and external systems, ensuring accurate data transformation and validation. Build, test and maintain seamless Workday integrations from start to finish, incorporating external systems using Workday studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Webservices (SOAP/REST APIs).

Implement automation and optimization opportunities in Workday finance processes. Configure and manage Coupa system settings, administer user access, roles, and permissions, and monitor and resolve integration issues. Provide technical support escalation, operational logistics, and incident/problem resolution to ensure optimal Mean Time to Restore (MTTR) and Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF). Develop and maintain security, contingency plans, and system documentation, including diagrams and layouts, and safeguard sensitive financial data with Workday security teams.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.

Six years as enterprise-level developer experience to include:

• Identify, assess, and resolve complex financial infrastructure issues including systems integration and data security.
• Design and develop financial integrations across Workday HR and Finance using Workday Integrations, security framework, integration security, Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
• Analyze and test Workday including enhancements and new functionality for semi-annual releases.
• Backlog grooming, sprint management, release management, and code releases.
• Workday administrator including tenant configuration, data migrations, module set-ups, and maintenance.
• Workday Object Transporter to migrate objects between tenants.
• Workday Integration Subject Matter Expert.
• Workday Report Writer (Advanced, Matrix and Composite) and Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT).
• Configure modules such as Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Information Management.
• APIs (SOAP/REST), XML, XSLT, XPATH, JSON, Oracle SQL, and MSSQL.
