Location: Germany

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solutions Engineering Lead to lead a high‑performing team of 7–10 Solutions Engineers. In this role, you will be responsible for mentoring the team, driving customer‑centric solution implementations, and ensuring the successful delivery of technical solutions that promote user adoption and maximize customer value.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–10 Solutions Engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage solution design, deployment, and customer onboarding to ensure timely, scalable, and high‑impact implementations.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver solutions aligned with client goals and product capabilities.
  • Champion user engagement strategies and drive the development of best practices that improve adoption and overall customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to advocate for customer needs and long‑term success.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering, Implementation, or Technical Consulting role, including experience in a team leadership capacity.
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of front‑end development.
  • Hands‑on experience with HTML5, CSS3 (animation, grid, flexbox), vanilla JavaScript (ES5, ES6 and beyond).
  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Proven success in leading teams within SaaS, enterprise software, or digital adoption platforms.
  • Deep understanding of user experience, digital transformation, and customer success methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced, evolving environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Passion for innovation, problem‑solving, and delivering measurable customer impact.
