BI & Data Analytics Developer

• Data Solutions Development: Design, develop, and maintain data models, dashboards, and analytics solutions (BI, advanced analytics, or machine learning).

  Work closely with consultants and clients to translate business requirements into innovative, data-driven solutions.
• Storytelling with Data: Deliver insights through compelling storytelling, visualizations, and presentations that enable better business decisions.
• Data Quality & Integrity: Ensure data quality, consistency, and usability across diverse sources.
• Innovation & Curiosity: Explore and adopt new methods, tools, and best practices in BI, analytics, and data science.

• 2–3 years of experience in BI / Analytics / Data Science (Power BI, SQL, Python/R, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau , Micro Strategy , Qlik Sense .
• Hands
  -on experience with data integration tools such as ODI, SSIS, or Azure Data Factory .
• Consultancy skills : ability to engage with clients , understand needs , and communicate effectively .
• Excellent professional English skills ( spoken & written ); additional languages are a plus.
• International experience or ability to work in a global context.
• A team-player attitude , strong soft skills , and a curiosity for continuous learning and innovation .
