• Provide help desk support to end-users for PC, server, or mainframe applications and hardware
• Document and generate support tickets for tracking purposes, classifying severity and notifying appropriate resources
• Assist with facilitating resolution tasks for high to critical impact client issues
• Verify systems during and after scheduled outages/maintenance and monitor critical path processing
• Develop in-depth knowledge of company systems and assist in resolving internal/external client problems

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in help desk or POS terminal support
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and exercise decision-making

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in help desk or POS terminal support
