Position Overview

As a System Analyst
, you will be the bridge between our business needs and technological solutions. You will analyze, design, and optimize systems to enhance operational efficiency and empower Axionova to maintain its position as an industry leader. In this remote role, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a tangible impact on our operations, processes, and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Analysis and Design:
    • Evaluate existing systems and identify areas for improvement or modernization.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and specifications.
    • Design solutions that align with business objectives while maintaining scalability and efficiency.
  • Requirement Gathering:
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather detailed requirements for system changes or enhancements.
    • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical documents.
    • Conduct feasibility studies and propose technology-driven solutions.
  • Implementation and Support:
    • Work closely with developers, engineers, and IT teams to implement system improvements.
    • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and propose corrective measures.
    • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring seamless adoption of new systems.
  • Data and Process Optimization:
    • Analyze workflows and data flows to identify inefficiencies and recommend optimizations.
    • Develop and maintain system documentation, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
    • Ensure that all system changes are thoroughly tested before deployment.
    • Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders on project status and outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Education:
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., CBAP, ITIL, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience in system analysis or a similar role.
    • Proven experience working in a remote setting or distributed teams.
    • Demonstrated success in leading system optimization or migration projects.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of system analysis methodologies and tools (e.g., UML, BPMN).
    • Proficiency in data modeling and SQL.
    • Experience with ERP, CRM, or custom enterprise systems.
    • Familiarity with cloud technologies and cybersecurity principles.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
