About the Role:

Sawdey Solution Services is seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead Developer to provide technical development and implementation support for Civil Engineering and/or mission support processes through Power Platform workflow development, process automation, data management, application strategy, and Machine Learning enablement. Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:
* Provide support to include maturing the current technical design approach, documenting functional specifications (e.g., governance, permission groups, workflows, standard coding, etc.), maintaining databases, training content and lessons learned.
* Provide recommendations for innovative process updates , if identified, to
* combine disparate processes where applicable.
* Perform other duties, as assigned. Experience Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years of application development and database management experience.
* Minimum 5 years automation, and dashboard development experience.
* This experience may overlap with application development and database management experience.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Education Requirements:

* BA or BS in Management, Engineering, or Business/ Financial IT related field. Certificate, License, and Registration Requirements:
* Technical development certification:
CompTIA or equivalent/similar IT certification.
* PMP certification. Other Required Skills & Abilities:
* Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to:
Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Security Clearance Requirements
