Job Description

As a Senior IT Systems Analyst (Data Analyst), you will play a key role in managing and optimizing system and data integrations that support Prime’s clinical vendor hub,
PartnerIQ
. In this role, you will serve as a technical and analytical subject‑matter expert responsible for driving seamless data flow between internal platforms, external vendors, and client partners.

You will lead end‑to‑end integration processes including intake, requirements gathering, source‑to‑target mapping, SFTP configuration, environment and data readiness, testing, and ongoing IT service management. This position will support and enhance Prime’s internal data pipelines and platforms while ensuring accurate, secure, and reliable integrations with external vendor and client systems.

Responsibilities
  • Lead system and data integration efforts for Prime’s clinical vendor hub, Partner

    IQ, ensuring reliable, secure, and accurate data exchange across internal platforms, external vendors, and client partners.
  • Manage the full integration lifecycle, including intake, scoping, requirements gathering, technical design, source‑to‑target mapping, configuration, testing, deployment, and transition to operations.
  • Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, such as data dictionaries, mapping specifications, interface requirements, workflows, and system configuration artifacts.
  • Coordinate SFTP setup, file delivery workflows, and automation to support inbound and outbound data exchanges across multiple environments.
  • Ensure environment and data readiness across dev, test, QA, UAT, and production environments; work closely with internal teams to provision data, validate connectivity, and resolve environment‑related issues.
  • Perform data profiling and analysis to validate data quality, identify anomalies, and support integration troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
  • Support internal data pipelines and data platforms, partnering with engineering and architecture teams to ensure scalability, performance, and data governance compliance.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience;
    High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Experience with specific domain relevant to team.
  • 5 years of experience with system requirements and/or supporting key business applications.
  • Proven experience in leading others and providing work direction.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
Additional Qualifications
  • SQL advanced skills.
  • Design and optimize complex queries involving CTEs, window functions, aggregations, and multi‑table joins.
  • Develop reusable database objects such as views, functions, and stored procedures.
  • Implement parameterized and dynamic SQL safely and efficiently.
  • Ability to manage work direction and lead, influence, mentor, and provide feedback to others within team.
  • Excellent written, technical, and verbal communication skills.
  • Capable and willing to receive work direction from direct and indirect leadership.
  • Strong analytical and technical problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to develop decision criteria and evaluate technology options.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Jira – feature, story & backlog management.
  • Git Hub – CI/CD pipeline management.
  • GCP‑BQ – cloud data platform (or equivalent).
  • SFTP – coordination & management of file transfers (internally & externally).
  • Test Management – strategy, scenarios, TDM, integration, acceptance.
  • Pharmacy Claims/PBM experience (claims & member data – operations & claims adjudication).
