What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead and develop a geographically distributed team of Customer Success Architects, driving operational excellence
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence within the team
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and support Go-to-Market initiatives
  • Improve and track KPIs related to account health, customer satisfaction, and upsell opportunities
  • Understand and monitor key performance indicators to support business growth and customer success outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience, or Master's degree with 8 years of experience, or equivalent industry experience
  • At least 7 years in customer-facing post-sales roles, including enterprise customer success practices
  • Minimum of 3 years in people management, leading distributed technical teams across multiple time zones
  • Demonstrated expertise in cloud-native infrastructure, Kubernetes, networking, or security domains
  • Proven ability to influence technical and executive stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with cloud-native security observability tools and certifications in Kubernetes or major cloud platforms
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in scaling customer success operations across North America
  • Background in building digital adoption programs
