- Assist in requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and implementation phases for new practices
- Engage with third parties to define and troubleshoot integrated workflows
- Document and migrate builds while managing work queues and error logs
- Mentor and train other team members on Epic systems
- Experience with Epic systems and understanding of healthcare technology
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to thrive in a remote work environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with tools such as Service Now, Nova, and Asana
- Previous experience in a healthcare‑related role, especially in nephrology
- Familiarity with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) patient management
- Experience in mentoring or training others in a technical environment
- Knowledge of EHR systems beyond Epic
- Certification in Epic modules or related technologies
