Machine Learning Engineer; CVS

We’re partnering with a leading healthcare and retail company to find a talented Machine Learning Engineer (CVS) to support their innovative team. This remote position offers the opportunity to work on advanced AI and ML solutions at scale, focusing on designing and deploying systems within cloud environments. The role is a temporary assignment lasting over a year, ideal for candidates with strong technical expertise in machine learning, cloud infrastructure, and NLP.

• Develop, implement, and scale machine learning models and data processing workflows on cloud platforms.
• Build and sustain end-to-end ML pipelines, including feature engineering, training, evaluation, deployment, and ongoing monitoring.
• Create and expose ML functionalities through APIs for integration with other applications.
• Productionize NLP and ML models such as LLMs, SLMs, and RAG-based systems, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data systems and ML operations.

• Extensive experience with Python programming and machine learning fundamentals.
• Proven hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, especially Vertex AI, GKE, and Docker.
• Knowledge of NLP, including training and deploying language models for production use.
• Familiarity with large-scale data systems and ML lifecycle management.
• Certifications such as GCP Certified Machine Learning Engineer, AWS Certified ML Engineer, or Azure Certified AI Engineer are a plus.
