. This is a high-visibility, remote role where you will be the technical face of our AI practice—leading client discussions, architecting sophisticated Generative AI and AI Agent solutions
, and building quick prototypes to win business.

If you have 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML development experience, strong skills in LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude), Lang Chain, and RAG systems
, and the ability to craft simple frontend demos using React or Next.js

To bridge the gap between advanced AI capabilities and client business needs during the presales cycle. You will architect winning solutions, provide accurate technical estimations, and create tangible proof-of-concepts that demonstrate clear value and innovation.

• Participate in strategic presales discussions with potential clients. Design and propose comprehensive AI architectures
  , including LLM-based solutions, RAG systems, and AI Agent frameworks
  , tailored to specific business challenges.

• Develop rapid Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) and build simple, effective UI demos using React or Next.js to visually showcase the power and potential of proposed AI solutions.

• Provide accurate technical estimations and project scoping for complex AI initiatives, ensuring clarity and feasibility for both the client and our delivery teams.

• Work closely with sales managers, business analysts, and the CTO during presales. Collaborate with ML engineers and software architects to smoothly onboard them into new projects and provide technical mentorship on AI best practices.

• 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development
  , with substantial recent focus on Generative AI (GenAI) and AI Agents
  .

• Deep Technical Proficiency:

  • Python and ML frameworks (
    Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Hugging Face
    ).

  • Hands-on experience with major LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Mistral) and frameworks like Lang Chain
    .

  • Experience designing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems and familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps practices.

  • Frontend skills (React, Next.js) sufficient to build demonstration interfaces for AI solutions.

  • Experience with cloud AI platforms (
    AWS, GCP, or Azure
    ).

• Strong presentation and communication skills to articulate complex AI concepts clearly to international clients and internal stakeholders during presales.
