• Collaborate with customers and technical teams to capture capability needs and drive effective business solutions
• Support and execute requirements testing to minimize production defects and analyze results
• Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout project life cycles
• Communicate project status and assist in requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews
• Document risks, defects, and issues while providing root cause analysis and corrective action plans

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Systems or Technology
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or related field
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
• Understanding of end systems impact across multiple systems

• 1 year of experience in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
• 1 year of experience in the Health Insurance or Healthcare industry
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or related field
• Certifications such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), The Open Framework Group (TOGAF), Six Sigma, or Project Management Professional (PMP)
