• Serve as a mentor for new Financial Consultants
• Understand client business requirements and ensure they take advantage of Workday FSI Industry best practices
• Participate in update training and share product skills with other consultants

• Minimum of 5 years of ERP implementation experience in the FSI industry
• Experience with General Ledger, Consolidations, Allocations, Currency Revaluations, and Translations
• Expertise in financial touchpoints related to Projects, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, and Assets
• Workday deployment experience
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

• 7 years of experience in FSI industry ERP implementations
• Experience with Workday Accounting Center and other ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or People Soft
• Proven mentorship skills and the ability to foster individual growth
• Strong influencing skills and the ability to drive consensus among stakeholders
• Comprehensive product knowledge and exceptional relationship management skills
