Senior Business Analyst

• Analyze complex cross-functional business processes and define integrated requirements
• Facilitate the design of integrated solutions across process, technical, and organizational dimensions
• Drive stakeholder adoption of new processes and solutions
• Develop, execute, and validate user acceptance test plans
• Create and execute industry-standard documentation including process maps and functional design

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Expertise in UKG WFM (Kronos) platforms (WFC & PRO)
• Experience with risk and compliance management for UKG PRO and understanding of SOX compliance
• Proficiency in Agile SAFe methodology
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience

• Experience with Workday, specifically integrations
• Project management experience (not seeking a Project Manager)
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence for documentation
• Business process mapping and gap analysis skills
• User Acceptance Testing coordination experience
