Lead GRC System Developer
Summary:
The Lead GRC System Developer assists the GRC System Manager with day‑to‑day management of GRC support tickets and planning the strategic direction of the main GRC platform in relation to other risk‑related technology platforms. This role develops efficiencies within the GRC platform using internal and external technologies and serves as a liaison between the GRC Developers and other technology teams. The role also indirectly leads other GRC Developers by conducting team meetings, reviewing developer work, and providing direction on platform standards while ensuring documentation is up to date.
And Responsibilities
- Create efficiencies by utilizing internal and external tools to integrate the various platforms used by the risk organization, while liaising between the GRC Team and other technology teams to align data and integration strategies.
- Work with the GRC System Manager to drive the strategy for the GRC platform(s), meeting with internal stakeholders and vendor contacts to align internal needs with vendor offerings.
- Manage day‑to‑day tasks of GRC Developers and Senior GRC Developers, reviewing their work and providing correction/guidance per GRC Team standards.
- Ensure GRC team documentation is up to date and that a team communication plan is consistently implemented.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7 years of relevant experience
- Archer Expert
- General Risk Management or IT certifications (CRISC, CGEIT)
- Archer GRC administration, knowledge of other GRC platforms (Audit Board, Service Now), coding and querying (SQL, Python, C#, C++), Microsoft Office with Excel, user design (UX) and stakeholder requirement gathering, project management around IT system releases
