• Oversee the global payroll services team and ensure high-quality support for internal and external customers
• Define and execute the strategic vision for payroll client service experience
• Design and lead a 24/7 service model that exceeds SLAs and KPIs
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient service delivery
• Partner with Product and Engineering to enhance payroll experience based on customer feedback

• Proven leadership experience in managing service operations, preferably in payroll or HR
• Strong analytical skills to drive decisions and manage complex escalations
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders in international settings
• Knowledge of software systems used in customer service management
• Fluent in English

• Experience in a global, remote-first organization is a plus
• Familiarity with automation and integrations to improve efficiency
