• Develop reporting solutions by translating business requirements for development within multiple reporting and prototyping platforms
• Maintain and improve the reliability, efficiency, and functionality of existing reports
• Facilitate team request intake sessions to collect reporting requirements and prioritize projects
• Build and maintain reporting, data, and metrics governance processes
• Coach and provide guidance to team members and clients on data use and interpretation

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; HS diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in data analysis and reporting
• At least 3 years of SQL experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access tools

• Business Intelligence consulting experience
• Project management or scrum leading experience
• Experience in PBM, medical claims, pharmacy claims, or healthcare and benefits data
• Experience in implementing quality process improvement efforts
• Familiarity with report generating technologies such as SAS, Alteryx, Qlikview, Business Objects, or Tableau
