Flexibility in scheduling, including non-standard business hours

• Provide operational and technical support for faculty, staff, and students regarding the learning management system (LMS) and related applications
• Communicate requests or issues requiring advanced support to appropriate stakeholders, maintaining contact until resolution
• Facilitate faculty training sessions on best practices for teaching in an online learning environment
• Conduct quality assurance checks for new courses and ensure functionality of course materials
• Maintain a database of online master course versions and create user activity reports as requested

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience using computers and web-based applications
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an educational institute or professional setting related to e-learning, instructional design, or customer service
• Demonstrated experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Student Information Systems (SIS)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Experience with Microsoft One Drive, Access, and SQL Developer
• Knowledge of HTML and graphic design programs
• Prior call center experience
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fluid environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and problem-solve
