• Gather and define client use cases and business requirements for digital transformation strategies
• Conduct design review meetings with system architects and product development teams
• Create, manage, and maintain project deliverables, including business requirements documents and functional specifications
• Act as a liaison between project stakeholders to ensure understanding of requirements and project objectives
• Facilitate configuration meetings with clients and perform quality assurance testing

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst
• Excellent interpersonal skills with experience engaging clients at all levels
• At least 3 years of experience in an agile system development life cycle environment
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills in a technical service environment
• Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, and JIRA

• Experience in the marketing or financial industry
• Familiarity with BABOK, XML, HTML, and CSS
