Epic Application Analyst- My Chart

• Serve as the primary support contact for Epic MyChart end users
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve MyChart-related issues and cross-module impacts
• Guide workflow development, including design, build, testing, and documentation
• Maintain communication with Epic representatives and internal project teams
• Participate in training sessions and document workflows and issue resolutions

• Epic MyChart Certification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT-related role, or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or a related field
• Experience with workflow design, system build, testing, and issue resolution
• Strong understanding of EHR systems and patient-facing digital workflows
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills

• Background in Professional Billing and/or Cadence/Prelude
• Experience supporting patient engagement tools or portals
• Previous work experience in healthcare or ambulatory/FQHC settings
