Salsify Administrator

Our client, a leading organization in the e-commerce and digital retail sector, is seeking a dedicated Salsify Administrator to join their dynamic team. As a Salsify Administrator, you will be an integral part of the Product Management and Data Operations teams, supporting global initiatives and ensuring the integrity and efficiency of product data management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, aligning seamlessly with our client’s commitment to innovation and excellence.

Salsify Administrator

Fully Remote (EST hours)

• Operate and administer the Salsify platform, managing attributes, product types, taxonomies, and digital assets to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Build and maintain channel feeds and syndication pipelines for retailers, marketplaces, and internal systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Perform bulk data imports/exports, file transformations, and routine data loads using CSV, Excel, and Salsify import templates.
• Design and enforce content validation rules, conduct content health reviews, and uphold PIM governance standards.
• Develop integrations with upstream (ERP/MDM) and downstream systems (eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, SFTP/S3) using APIs, connectors, or middleware tools.

• 2–5+ years of hands‑on experience managing Salsify or similar Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
• Strong knowledge of product data models, attributes, families, and taxonomy design.
• Practical experience building and troubleshooting channel feeds for retailers and marketplaces.
• Advanced Excel skills, familiarity with CSV/TSV, and data transformation concepts.
• Experience working with Salsify APIs (Query API / REST), building integrations via API, SFTP, or connector platforms, and basic scripting abilities (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
