As an IT Program Manager, you will be an integral part of the IT Department supporting various strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

• Oversee the planning, development, and execution of multiple complex projects and programs utilizing business and information technology solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project goals, scope, and deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Monitor project progress, evaluate risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Establish and maintain project management standards, procedures, and best practices within the organization.

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in program or portfolio management, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects.
• Certification as a PMP or PMP-ACP is required.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Planview, Visio, and MS Office.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to mentor team members and collaborate effectively across departments.
