Analyst, IT Compliance & IGA; Remote

• Develop, document, and monitor compliance with Digital & Information Technology (D&IT) policies and control requirements
• Conduct IT General Controls assessments and support remediation planning and execution
• Facilitate CMMC Level 2 audit readiness by applying NIST security controls
• Collaborate with D&IT teams and business partners to support effective internal control environments
• Provide training and guidance on governance, security, and control best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 2+ years of experience in IT audit, compliance, enterprise risk management, or governance
• Experience working with external audit firms or supporting public company IT audits
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management tools and auditing of internal and vendor-supported applications

• CMMC audit experience is highly desirable
• Experience with Active Directory, Windows Servers, IBM OS/400, Microsoft SQL Server, Service Now, and SailPoint Identity IQ
• Ability to manage multiple compliance initiatives under time constraints
• Experience working in a global organization is a plus
