Northrop Grumman’s Chief Information and Data Office is seeking a SW Application Administrator/Analyst to support Aeronautics Systems in Melbourne, FL.

Note:

Due to the classified nature of the work being performed, this position does not offer any virtual or telecommute working options. Applicants are encouraged to apply, only if they are willing to work on-site.

Roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
  • Deploy, research, support, customize, and maintain the suite of Commercial and Open Source applications used by business, Software and Systems Engineering.
  • Maintain strong expertise and knowledge of current and emerging technologies and products.
  • Provide best practice, recommendations and guidance to manage SSLM operations at scale.
  • Provide scripting for Dev Ops processes.
Server Configuration CI/CD Automation

This position may be filled at a higher level based on the qualifications listed below.

Basic Qualifications for Level 2:

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two (2) years of related experience OR Master's degree with zero (0) years of related experience

Must have a DOD 8140 security certification (ex: Security+ CE certification or greater) OR have the ability to obtain certification within 90 days of starting

Candidates must have the ability to obtain, and maintain, a DOD Secret level clearance and access to Special Programs as a condition of continued employment

Windows and UNIX/Linux operating systems experience

Experience with Server/Client SW installation Basic Qualifications for Level 3:

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five (5) years of related experience OR Master's degree with three (3) years of related experience

Must have a DOD 8140 security certification (ex: Security+ CE certification or greater) OR have the ability to obtain certification within 90 days of starting

Candidates must have the ability to obtain, and maintain, a DOD Secret level clearance and access to Special Programs as a condition of continued employment

Windows and UNIX/Linux operating systems experience

Experience with Server/Client SW installation

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, SAP/SAR access, or Polygraph is preferred
  • Current DOD 8140 security certification (ex: Security+ CE or greater)
  • Atlassian Suite Configuration, Management and Basic JQL/AQL/CQL
  • Experience with Internet Information Services (IIS), Tomcat, NodeJS, or other web services
  • Experience with .NET framework applications
