• Provide day-to-day leadership of Service Now platform operations
• Oversee configuration, development, integration, and support of Service Now modules
• Monitor and communicate potential Severity 1 incidents to leadership
• Lead a team of Service Now Analysts and Developers, managing workload and project execution
• Define and implement processes to improve Service Now service delivery and team efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree required; 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of 3 years of IT experience required
• ITIL Foundation Certification
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Advanced analytical skills and knowledge of IT operations or client service environment

• Experience in leading technical teams and implementing ITIL best practices
• Familiarity with Service Now platform governance and optimization strategies
• Proven ability to manage schedules and resource allocation effectively
• Experience in preparing executive-level reports and service metrics
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
