- 4+ years of experience in AI/ML architectures, CX Solutions Engineering, AI consulting, or similar technical pre-sales roles
- Technical expertise in CX platforms, AI/ML (Agent Assist, Bots, Analytics), cloud services, and prompt engineering
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead without direct authority
- Experience in delivering engaging workshops and sessions
- Established track record of success in technical pre-sales roles
- Familiarity with Zoom's Contact Center AI Solutions
