• BA/BS in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Minimum of 1+ years of related experience
• Experience with Scrum Master, Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian tools
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with all levels of staff
• Ability to be clearable for a CMS public trust

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Certified Scrum Master Certification
• Prior Agile project experience in the federal space
• Familiarity with backlog tracking, burn down metrics, and task definition
• Understanding of iterative development and software development processes
