• Develop and maintain software applications using Agile software development techniques
• Consult with business process owners and customers to analyze requirements
• Implement migration of software applications from ADFS to Okta for identity management
• Perform application testing and create documentation for migration and implementation plans
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, with 8+ years of relevant experience
• Agile software development experience
• Proficiency in Java Software Development with JDK 1.8 or higher
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and Java Enterprise Edition (J2EE)
• Familiarity with web services, frameworks, and database query languages such as Oracle PL/SQL and Microsoft T/SQL

• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IdAM) systems, particularly Okta
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) technologies
• Experience with software development tools like Git Lab and Jenkins
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Open Shift
• Government contracting experience, specifically with the Department of Justice
