• Design, provision, and maintain foundational and advanced learning experiences for human teams and AI systems
• Gather and analyze relevant information to develop robust internal training content and AI Agent enablement materials
• Create structured learning paths that progress from conceptual understanding to practical application
• Ensure training content remains accurate and aligned with evolving business needs through regular updates
• Evaluate training program effectiveness and leverage findings to enhance training materials and programs

• 3+ years of proven work experience in Adult Learning, Training & Development
• Strong experience in building and launching training initiatives within Rev Ops/Sales, Operations, or similar fields
• Experience designing learning content from scratch and iterating on existing materials
• Familiarity with AI Agents, chatbots, or knowledge-driven automation systems
• Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills

• Experience working with Jira, Postman, Salesforce, and LMS systems
• Automotive industry experience and familiarity with Dealership business models
