This position is a 100% remote within the United States, however, incumbent may be asked to come onsite once a month.

As a strategic leader within the Office of the CTO, you will shape and advance our enterprise AI architecture, enabling cutting‑edge capabilities that directly improve patient care, research, and operational excellence. This role operates at the intersection of technology vision and real‑world impact, designing scalable, secure, and ethical AI platforms that support clinical decision support, predictive analytics, generative AI, automation, and emerging intelligent systems across a world‑class healthcare enterprise.

The ideal candidate is a forward‑thinking architect who combines deep enterprise architecture expertise with hands‑on knowledge of AI/ML ecosystems, cloud‑native platforms, data strategy, governance, and responsible AI practices. You will partner with executive leadership, clinical innovators, data scientists, engineers, and security teams to define reference architectures, standards, and roadmaps that accelerate AI adoption while ensuring compliance, reliability, and trust. Takes overall responsibility for developing a key area with strategic impact or scope of Enterprise Architecture framework or practice. Provides guidance to Enterprise and IT Architects and others as appropriate and serves as principal advisor to the Chief Architect and IT Executive Leadership on this key area. Monitors and incorporates into the practice, as appropriate, industry trends and opportunities in Enterprise Architecture.
