• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and agentic systems

• Build and optimise LLMs, RAG pipelines & vector search

• Architect high-scale cloud systems (AWS/GCP, k8s)

• Prototype rapidly, ship often, mentor engineers

• Own roadmap, technical direction & cross-functional collaboration

What you’ll bring:

• 7 years in ML/AI or distributed engineering

• Deep expertise in at least one: LLM fine-tuning, agent frameworks, RAG/vector DBs

• Strong Python experience with Go/Java/Scala

• Proven 0→1 and 1→10 product delivery

• Leadership across architecture, execution and technical strategy
