Overview
Twin Health is focused on empowering people to improve and prevent chronic metabolic diseases, like type 2 diabetes and obesity, with a new standard of care. Twin Health is applying AI Digital Twin technology exclusively toward metabolic health. We build a dynamic model of each person’s metabolism from CGMs, smartwatches, and meal logs, guiding a dedicated clinical care team to help members achieve better health outcomes.
We are reinventing the standard of care in metabolic health and seek a data-driven Analyst to join our Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) team. The role supports demonstrating Twin’s economic value and clinical impact to partners and employers, shaping health economic models and translating clinical outcomes into financial narratives.
OpportunityWe are looking for a data-driven Analyst to join our Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) team. This role provides an opportunity to gain experience at the intersection of data science, economics, and digital health, contributing to health economic models and evidence for Twin’s value proposition.
Responsibilities- Modeling Support:
Assist in the development, maintenance, and execution of health economic models (e.g., Budget Impact Models and Cost-Effectiveness Analyses). - BI Tool and Dashboard Support:
Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in business intelligence tools to support decision-making and translate business questions into clear metrics. - Data Extraction:
Use SQL to pull and clean data from product and clinical datasets to be used as inputs for economic models. - Visualization:
Build and update dashboards that track KPIs related to health outcomes and cost savings for our partners. - Research Assistance:
Support literature reviews and evidence synthesis to identify variables and benchmarks for economic modeling. - Collaboration:
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success teams to provide data-driven proof points for Twin’s value proposition. - Quality Assurance:
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within our reporting ecosystem through rigorous testing and validation. - Other duties as assigned.
- Experience:
1–3 years of experience in data analysis, health economics, or a related field (relevant internships or academic projects welcomed). - Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in SQL and Excel (advanced formulas/modeling) is required. - Tools:
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Lightdash) and an interest in learning economic modeling software. - Education:
A degree in Economics, Public Health, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field is preferred. - Analytical Mindset:
Curiosity about how clinical improvements translate into economic savings for employers and insurers. - Communication:
Ability to distill complex data into clear, concise insights for internal stakeholders. - Authorization:
