Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a fully remote Technical Business Analyst to play a central role in a shared service group of a large healthcare client. This person will be operating at the intersection of architecture and development. This position is responsible for translating architectural direction into clear, actionable technical requirements that drive effective solution delivery. This person will be gathering detailed requirements directly from solution and enterprise architects (not business‑facing) and translate architectural requirements into technical requirements consumable by development teams.
This BA will be creating clear and comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications while maintaining ongoing documentation updates as requirements evolve across the project lifecycle

- Strong Technical Business Analyst background
- Prior development experience preferred (Java background strongly valued; older experience 8–10+ yrs is acceptable).
- Ability to work between architects and developers, converting architectural direction into technical requirements.
- Skilled in creating:
Technical requirements, User stories & acceptance criteria, Mapping documents, Solution diagrams, and System rules and logic documentation - Experience with or willingness to learn AI requirements gathering.
- Proficiency with Rally, RTC, Jira, and Excel.
