Technical Business Development - Mining

We are an in‑office company with a flexible work model. Employees primarily work from the Applied Intuition office five days a week, but we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our team to manage schedules responsibly, including occasional remote work.

We are looking to support our business development in the mining domain. In this role, you will partner cross‑functionally across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams in a uniquely strategic and operational capacity with a mix of both internal and external‑facing responsibilities.

• Engage with potential customers identified predominantly from other Applied Intuition teams or organically based on your ecosystem knowledge
• Conduct customer discovery sessions to understand requirements and potential solutions
• Host customer workshops and organize tailored demonstrations to explain Applied Intuition’s solutions
• Develop final customer solution with Product and Engineering teams for existing products or support creation of new products for new concepts
• Iterate with customers on technical scope and business model, guiding the proposal through approvals at the customer
• Plan revenue strategy and outlook for these specific solutions in both mining and adjacent domains

• 5+ years of prior experience in the mining domain
• Previous business development or sales experience at an OEM, dealer, or supplier focused on mining
• Proven ability to work across stakeholders to execute complex projects
• Strong interest and capability to work with customers and drive customer engagements
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with experience running multiple projects and deadlines effectively

• Experience working with mining technologies
• Experience working on a product from 0 to 1

Base salary is a single component of the total compensation package. For this full‑time position at the listed location, the base salary range is $150,000 – $190,000 USD annually. The actual salary offered will additionally be influenced by experience, credentials, and interview performance.
