* Job Summary:

** The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for assisting with the architecture & design, implementation, automation, and secure operation of enterprise, cloud, and data center networking platforms supporting mission-critical systems and SaaS environments.  This role requires a highly self-driven and motivated engineer who independently identifies problems, evaluates complex technical environments, and designs, presents, and implements secure, scalable solutions. The Senior Network Engineer operates with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, proactively improving reliability, performance, and security across on-premises data centers, hybrid cloud infrastructures.

Emphasis is placed on architecture-first thinking, automation by default, resiliency, and continuous improvement, with security embedded at every layer of the infrastructure.
** Responsibilities:
*** Provide rotational off-hours support, maintenance, and upgrades.
* Architect, design, and operate secure, highly available, and scalable network infrastructures across enterprise, data center, and cloud environments.
* Own and evolve hybrid and multi-cloud networking architectures, including segmentation, transit routing, private connectivity, and interconnect strategies.
* Design and maintain layer 2–layer 7 networking, including routing, switching, firewalling, load balancing, and traffic optimization.
* Engineer and operate dynamic routing architectures using protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EVPN, VXLAN, and VRFs.
