Supervisor, Technical Support; Weekend

• Lead and develop the Technical Support team through performance tracking and targeted coaching to ensure service commitments are met
• Guide customer conversations to assess system downtime and reinforce effective operational practices
• Own change management initiatives, integrating new support functions and implementing a new CRM system
• Serve as Duty Manager for high-priority incidents, managing communication and escalation processes
• Drive operational maturity by identifying recurring issues and contributing to proactive service delivery

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field preferred; equivalent technical experience considered
• Minimum of 1 year of people management or team leadership experience preferred
• Minimum of 3 years supporting customers in a complex, fast-paced technical environment
• Strong understanding of Linux, Windows, PLCs, network troubleshooting, and mechanical/electrical drawings
• Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple high-priority issues

• Experience with Linux shell and scripting; task automation
• Familiarity with Ansible, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ
• SQL skills with the ability to create and modify scripts
• Proven success in scaling environments and operational discipline
• Strong partnership skills to act as a trusted advisor to customers
