This is a mid-level Functional QA role supporting a new web-based application being built within the ratings technology organization. The application supports customer outreach and lead workflows, stores data in a backend database, and integrates with Salesforce via APIs. While not a Salesforce QA role, Salesforce integration knowledge is required.

Rate: $50.00 to $53.00/hr. w2

• Perform functional testing of a new web-based application.
• Validate user stories to ensure acceptance criteria and quality standards are met.
• Execute API testing and verify system-to-system data flows.
• Conduct integration testing for data exchange with Salesforce and other platforms.
• Perform database validation by writing and executing SQL queries.
• Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA.
• Collaborate with developers, QA leads, and stakeholders to triage and resolve issues.
• Confirm application behavior across supported use cases and integrated systems.

• 4 to 7 years of overall QA experience.
• Hands-on functional QA experience for web-based applications.
• Proficiency in API testing with validation of inter-system data flows.
• Experience with database validation and SQL query execution.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Practical use of JIRA for test management and defect tracking.
• Understanding of Salesforce integrations via APIs, including leads and customer record concepts.
• Ability to validate data consistency across a web application, Salesforce, and databases.
