Description

Anakim Consulting is hiring multiple Pega Testers to support a government program. The Testers will support customization and modernization of processes and applications through scaled Agile development and process improvement within a quickly growing enterprise case management implementation on the Pega platform.

Job Duties include (but may not be limited to):
  • Support User Acceptance Test (UAT) across multiple Agile product teams for complex hardware and software applications
  • Analyze user requirements, develop test scripts, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Support UAT activities between the testing team and product team
  • Develop, maintain, and upgrade test scripts and architecture for application products
  • Write, implement, and report status for system test cases for testing
  • Monitor, track, and report progress of UAT testing
  • Analyze test cases and provide regular status reports
  • Support Enterprise Lifecycle Management (ELM) activities such as navigation across features and logging defects
  • Lead and/or participate in risk management assessments and software/hardware development for analysis of user requirements, test design, and test tools selection
  • Track progress against defect closure
  • Create status summary reports
  • Collaborate with Test Lead on recommendations based on the outcome of testing efforts
  • Follow SAFe agile testing guiding principles
  • Lead and/or participate in meetings to discuss and plan testing activities
  • Assist with best practices for elaboration, configuration, testing, and training
  • Interact across teams and/or with vendors, as assigned
  • Other duties, as assigned, according to Pega Tester role/level
Position Requirements

Multiple Openings for Journeyman, Mid, Senior/Lead, and SME roles

Eligibility Requirements (all positions)
  • U.S. citizenship, no dual citizenship
  • Current IRS MBI access or ability to obtain (unable to start work until security access is authorized)
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; additional years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree pending customer approval
Position requirements vary by level and may include:
  • 1
    -15 years of related experience (depending on role level)
  • Demonstrated experience with Pega and other low-code COTS platform testing suites, capabilities, and functionalities
  • Proficiency with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on Pega platform
  • Experience monitoring, tracking, and reporting progress of UAT testing
  • Experience tracking progress against defect closure
  • Experience developing reports such as defects and testing outcomes
  • Experience developing and maintaining testing documentation
  • Demonstrated experience contributing to working group meetings and supporting a highly collaborative environment
  • Advanced skills working across Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills to interact with functional and technical team members including working directly with client stakeholders
  • Experience managing work independently and organizing workloads to meet project deadlines
  • Ability to work as a team player, problem solver, and seek consensus with team members
Preferred experience:
  • Active Treasury Public Trust Clearance (IRS MBI) is preferred
  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification and/or prior implementation with Scaled Agile Framework is preferred
  • Experience with IBM Enterprise Lifecycle Management (ELM) management such as navigation across features and logging defects is preferred
  • Pega certification is a plus
