- Plan, develop, implement, and manage project teams through complete task definitions and work requirement identification and assignments.
- Collaborate closely with project team and key stakeholders to define project scope, strategy, and outcomes.
- Establish, monitor, and manage project expectations with the team, assigning tasks and identifying issues for resolution.
- Prepare and maintain all project status reports and schedules; track milestones/deliverables, issues, and dependencies.
- Respond to inquiries regarding project status; prepare communication for stakeholders.
- Lead and support project team members to ensure successful project execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships essential for achieving project goals.
- Identify and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Run Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver results across project stages.
- Prepare post-project reports and summaries for timely dissemination.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Five years of relevant experience in IT project management.
- Experience facilitating and leading projects in fast-paced environments.
- Strong skills in engaging diverse stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- PM certifications such as PMP and/or Scrum are preferred.
- Experience with Atlassian/Jira is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects forward.
