Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily technical support for end-user systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
  • Perform onsite and remote troubleshooting of hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Participate in and help lead infrastructure projects such as hardware refreshes, system migrations, and network deployments.
  • Proactively identify risks or improvement opportunities within the client’s environment and recommend practical solutions.
  • Accurately document issues, resolutions, and project updates within the service management platform.
  • Act as a primary liaison between the client and internal technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and satisfaction remains high.

Required Qualifications

Technical Expertise

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting desktops, servers, and network environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Windows Server platforms, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and core networking fundamentals.
  • Experience troubleshooting VPN connectivity, firewall configurations, and network performance issues.
  • Familiarity with professional services automation (PSA) or ticketing systems commonly used in managed services environments.
  • Exposure to virtualization platforms and modern networking technologies.
  • Ability to evaluate existing environments and recommend improvements aligned with security best practices and budget considerations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
  • Strong customer service mindset with a focus on responsiveness and relationship-building.
  • Empathetic and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Compensation: $110,000 to $120,000 annually

Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
