Job Description
Pay Range: $50hr - $55hr
Requirements / Must Have- 7–10 years of JD Client Enterprise One functional experience.
- Minimum of two full lifecycle implementations.
- Strong expertise in Manufacturing and Supply Chain modules.
- Experience with BOM, Routing, Work Orders, and Shop Floor Control.
- Experience with MRP, MPS, Inventory Management, and Procurement.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Accounting and Costing.
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare phases.
- Experience handling L2 and L3 production support.
- Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
- Experience leading end-to-end JDE Manufacturing and Planning implementations.
- Experience conducting requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
- Experience coordinating with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and data migration.
- Experience supporting multi-site or global rollouts preferred.
- Experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, or Discrete Manufacturing environments preferred.
- Lead end-to-end implementations and rollouts of JDE Manufacturing and Planning modules.
- Conduct business requirement analysis and perform fit-gap assessments.
- Configure and support Manufacturing and Supply Chain modules.
- Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Provide L2 and L3 production support and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with technical teams on customizations and integrations.
- Support onboarding initiatives and ongoing functional enhancements.
- Ensure documentation of functional designs, configurations, and business processes.
- Experience in regulated manufacturing industries.
- Experience supporting global or multi-site implementations.
- Strong analytical and process improvement skills.
- JD Client Enterprise One functional expertise.
- Manufacturing and Supply Chain domain knowledge.
- Business process analysis.
- Stakeholder communication.
- Issue resolution and production support.
- Documentation and solution design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
- Relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
