• Create innovative insights content and develop actionable strategies to meet client needs
• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify client challenges and recommend solutions
• Engage with clients through virtual and in-person meetings to deliver high-value insights
• Mentor junior team members and foster collaboration within the Insights community
• Research and predict market trends to guide clients in procurement technology decisions

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
  Graduate degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in procurement technologies and successful transformation projects
• Strong familiarity with major procurement technology solutions (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba)
• Proven ability to articulate the value of procurement technologies to business outcomes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong analytical and presentation abilities

• Experience implementing or using AI in procurement processes
• Executive presence and ability to establish credibility with senior stakeholders
• Deep knowledge of the global competitive landscape in procurement technology
• Familiarity with change management practices in procurement technology deployment
• Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment
