Remote Implementation Consultant

• Salary up to $90,000
• 3 weeks of vacation and 5 personal days

• Serve as a customer advocate and facilitate communication with project teams and other resources
• Perform information collection during the initial discovery process and document customer requirements
• Configure software based on approved workflows and business rules
• Customize and deliver training materials in both remote and classroom-led sessions
• Identify and mitigate issues and risks that could negatively impact project timelines

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of CIS and/or utility industry experience
• Excellent customer service and oral/written communication skills
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to make autonomous decisions quickly
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent organizational skills

• Familiarity with Meter Reading Head-end Systems
• Experience with S&S en Questa, JIRA, Confluence, and Clarizen
• Adept at writing SQL queries
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and action-oriented approach
• Ability to review error logs and possess debugging skills
