- Develop, test, and deploy system modifications using SQL, People Code, and Fluid UI
- Collaborate with functional stakeholders to align business needs with system capabilities
- Support integrations with ancillary student systems, such as Civitas and Twilio
- Provide exceptional customer service and coordinate projects through Microsoft Teams
- 3–5 years of relevant Information Technology experience, preferably in higher education
- Experience supporting a Student Information System (SIS), with a strong preference for People Soft Campus Solutions
- Solid understanding of relational database fundamentals, preferably Oracle
- Demonstrated experience with SQL, People Code, and Fluid technology
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with integrations, reporting tools, or data automation
- Previous work with Civitas, Twilio, or other student-success platforms
- Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives within higher education
