The Role
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic IT and digital transformation projects that drive revenue growth while improving operational efficiency and productivity. This role partners closely with business, technology, and functional leaders to translate strategic objectives into well-executed programs and projects. The Project Manager is responsible for managing initiatives end to end, including project initiation, planning, execution, and delivery.
Success in this role requires strong cross-functional coordination, disciplined execution, and the ability to manage complexity across multiple work streams. The primary objective is to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business priorities, while maintaining transparency, accountability, and momentum throughout the lifecycle.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new or enhanced business capabilities in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and status updates.
- Coordinate work across teams to keep projects moving forward and teams accountable.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, leadership, and project teams.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Identify risks and issues early and work with teams to resolve them.
- Deliver projects in a matrix environment without direct ownership of the product.
- 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong technical acumen; able to work effectively with IT, engineering, product, and business teams.
- Exceptional planning, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and resource management in complex environments.
- Experience working within a matrixed organizational structure.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification preferred.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
