We are seeking a full‑time Regional Sales Manager based in Sunnyvale, CA, for a hybrid position that offers flexibility to work from home. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within their assigned region, developing strong customer relationships, and providing tailored solutions. Day‑to‑day tasks include identifying prospective clients, maintaining existing client accounts, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.

The role also entails collaborating with technical teams to ensure client requirements are met and staying up to date with industry trends.

• Proven sales and business development skills, including client acquisition and account management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Basic technical knowledge related to industrial computing or similar products is advantageous
• Capability to work in a hybrid role, with both in‑office and remote responsibilities
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the industrial technology or computing sectors is a plus
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented professional with demonstrated problem‑solving skills
